Participants will engage in hands-on activities that teach fundamental skills, rules, and strategies for each sport. YAYA’s approach focuses on boosting physical activity as a means to promote healthy mental health coping skills. The workshop aims to foster a love for physical activity, teamwork, and healthy competition in a supportive and fun environment.
